Let me take you to the 2024 Brisbane Vegan Expo.
It was a 2-day event where vegan vendors and visitors come together to celebrate everything vegan. I visited on the second day and was happy to find a great variety of delicious vegan food. If you plan to visit the next one, bring an empty stomach to try all the vegan food (including all the amazing samples) you can find in this expo.
Other than the vegan food, there are also guest speakers, cooking demos, live music and more.

Ibu Bali brought her Indonesian cuisine to the expo. I've tried the Balinese plate and the coconut sugar steamed rice cake dessert, and they were both amazing.
