This Plantitude granola cookie has quickly become one of my favourites. The taste and texture of these cookies are great. They have an overall chewy texture with some edges being more crunchy. The inclusion of chocolate chips, raisins, and pepitas creates good contrasts in flavour and texture. Unlike some other granola cookies, these don't taste overly healthy. These are the perfect level of sweetness for me.

Each pack contains five cookies, and they often go on sale. However, one thing to note is that the size of the cookies can vary, so I'd definitely recommend choosing a pack with larger cookies!
