If you are looking for some creative vegan dishes, 2foods would be a great stop to put on your list. This all-vegan cafe has two locations: Ginza and Shibuya, both of which are inside the Loft shop. The decor is modern with a colourful industrial vibe.
The menu features creative vegan takes of dishes that may be hard to find elsewhere, including omurice (rice topped with egg), and vegan nuggets. I tried the omurice with demi-glace sauce, which is a creative dish with creamy vegan egg on top of rice with a tangy sauce. Although it resembles the appearance of omelette rice, the egg part is pretty mild in taste without much of an eggy flavour.
For those with a sweet tooth, go for their doughnuts or chocolate croissants. Many of the menu items are available for purchase in their shop section including the vegan “Ever Egg”.
