Detour in Woolloongabba provides a fantastic dining experience. Although the prices are on the higher side, the menu showcases creativity and flavours that are hard to find elsewhere in Brisbane.
The 'Herbivore' part of the menu is all vegan with 7 choices at the time of visit, including charcoal roasted broccoli, beetroot tartare, fossilized carrots and roasted sweet potato green curry. They also had an impressive vegan dessert that night which was a nitro meringue with raspberry and basil.
