Green Edge is a vegan restaurant and grocery store located in Windsor, known for being one of the originals in the Brisbane's vegan scene. The place is reachable by bus or train, and they offer free parking as well.
One of the standout features of the Green Edge is its shop section, which is fully stocked with vegan groceries, makeup, house supplies, shoes, and recipe books. The selection is impressive, but prices can be on the higher side.
For the cafe section, Green Edge offers pizzas, burgers, pasta and other vegan comfort food. I'm especially impressed with their pizzas with melty cheese and a generous amount of toppings. However, some dishes I've tried were a bit disappointing, like the cauliflower buffalo wings which could be crispier on the outside with the inside less mushy. They also have a fully vegan deli section, dessert cabinet and ice cream parlour inside the shop where you can get something extra after your meal.
