Green Edge is a vegan restaurant and grocery store located in Windsor, known for being one of the originals in the Brisbane's vegan scene. The place is reachable by bus or train, and they offer free parking as well.
One of the standout features of the Green Edge is its shop section, which is fully stocked with vegan groceries, makeup, house supplies, shoes, and recipe books. The selection is impressive, but prices can be on the higher side.
For the cafe section, Green Edge offers classic dishes such as burgers, salads, and pancakes. Unfortunately, I don't find the food especially impressive. Out of all the dishes I've tried here, I'm the most happy with the waffle chicken. However, options like the Korean BBQ pork rice bowl is a bit disappointing for me. While the pork and kimchi are ok, other elements are underwhelming; The broccoli could benefit with some seasonings and the rice could be cooked with less water.
