Located in a quiet neighbourhood in Stafford Heights, Enoki Coffee is a relaxing cafe with plenty of vegan options. At the time of visit, all items on their menu except one are either vegan or can be veganised.
Choices include arancini, avo toast, halloumi bagel and more. The dishes I tried, summer sorbet tacos, panko fried mushies and coconut tofu noodle bowl, were all well made and tasty.
Staff is also friendly and helpful. They also sell art from local artists in the shop.
