LN Coffee is a fully vegan gem in San Ying Pun that has veganised some traditional Hong Kong dishes that you can’t find anywhere else. The wooden decor and relaxed vibe make it a welcoming spot whether you’re dropping in for a meal or a quick afternoon coffee break.
The menu is impressively diverse with some dishes that I haven’t seen anywhere else in the world. My number one recommendation is the Hong Kong style French toast. It’s perfectly executed without using the conventional egg batter. The cinnamon apple version in particular has won me over with its spot on taste and texture compared to the non-vegan version. Another highlight is the vegan egg bubble waffle which is another Hong Kong street food staple.
If you are looking for something savoury, they also have burgers, pasta and some hearty lunch sets, though they aren’t as impressive as the two desserts I’ve mentioned.
They also have a shop area that’s stocked with vegan snacks, sauces, and cup noodles.
